Do you always feel tired, sick or inactive? Maybe you just need to work out more. I've been talking to my Japanese friend who is doing yoga and she said it's so good for her. I think it's time for me to start doing some exercise too. I've not exercised at all for ages and I know it's not good for me. From next week, I'm gonna do something. Maybe I'll start play tennis again.
