Let's get healthy

Do you always feel tired, sick or inactive? Maybe you just need to work out more. I've been talking to my Japanese friend who is doing yoga and she said it's so good for her. I think it's time for me to start doing some exercise too. I've not exercised at all for ages and I know it's not good for me. From next week, I'm gonna do something. Maybe I'll start play tennis again.

Is there anyone interested in joining me?
Obviously, I can't play it alone. So.... Anyone???

  4. exercise is good..we all should fit it in everyday rountine...like walking up stairs rather than using lift, walk to nearby places in stead of driving...

  5. If you play with somone who can't play tennis, how have you fun? I've been play with my friends and they looked bored. :P

  6. Have you forgotten something? I teach for a living. I taught some friends to play tennis before. Now, they all can. I think I'm patient enough to help you all get started. Don't worry if you don't know how to play. I'll help you. Besides tennis isn't as hard as you imagine.

  7. Swimming is a good exercise too. But I'm afraid if we go swimming together and you see my sexy body then you'll be wanting for more. lol ...
