Finding your own motivation

When you're feeling down, apart from talking to someone who understands you I guess one thing that really helps lift up my spirit is reading. Read something inspiring. I like to read self-development kind of books. They give some insights of how I should live my life. They really make me feel better about things. I try to apply things I learn from books to my everyday life to help me overcome the bitterness of life.
